901 Westside in Kenora

Delicious lunch. Tuscan chicken sandwich and homemade fries! Bread pudding and vanilla ice cream was so yummy. Can't wait to go back :)

Unpretentious (though clean) ambience so I was surprised when I was in absolute ecstasy over the food. Don't be put off by the appearance, this is probably the classiest food for a few hundred km on either side of the Trans-Canada.

Always great service, good food and selection, can get busy during peak supper hours, go early or make a reservation.

Was alright ordered a rib eye steak medium rare and it came in rare. Twice. Absolutley fantastic potatoes wedges though. Soooo good.

7 of us went here for our mother's birthday. Dinner was great, I had the Tuna dinner. Will go back again.

901 Westside is just one of the greatest dining establishments in Kenora. Located in "Keewatin", near to the Two Bears Marine - access is easy by car or by boat. There is public docking to enjoy this wonderful restaurant by accessing via Lake of the Woods. Brenda and her team are sure to please you with their delightful menu and often "specials" of the night. Enjoy !

Came with extended family for a dinner out. The staff and owner were excellent, patient and very helpful. The food was outstanding and worth the boat ride over from Coney. If I lived here, I would definitely come back with friends. Had the Dijon chicken dinner(amazing), and the peanut butter ice cream pie for dessert. Very good and a nice finish to the evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The food is fantastic and the services is great. A small restaurant in Keewatin so a little out of the way for some, but worth it.

Some of the best food we had in Kenora. Also a really good gin martini. The ribs were ok, salmon was super, and the curry dish was quite good. They were awesome with the kids and have a good kids menu. The burger my son had was very good.

Excellent, high quality food. Burger was juicy, bacon was thickly cut and meal was cooked to perfection.

Enjoyed dinner at this cute restaurant in Keewatin downtown last night. I will say upfront, the prices are a little higher here (approx $20-30 an entree) - but totally worth it! The decor of the restaurant is cute, and matches the general character of Kenora. There is good variety on the menu, so your sure to find something to please. I had the dijon chicken, and it was awesome. Definitely would recommend to others!

Superb, intimate, delicious. Very popular though, so reservation is a must to be sure you'll get a place. We arrived at opening and almost missed out. The place was packed.

Excellent food and very attentive staff

Picked this restaurant for a dinner stop while passing through based on reviews. Was not disappointed! Hours were wrong on google, so we arrived 30 min before opening. (Hours are now corrected.) They say me taking a picture of the hours, and said hi. Let is in early, was greatly appreciated. Service was great. Cozy and well decorated. Had the Westside walleye, which was prepared with tomatoes and a nice sauce. Excellent tasting with fresh fish. Also had the half rack of ribs, with salad and viniagrette. Both dishes were served with rice. We very much enjoyed the service and food at 901Westside, and encourage a visit even though you wind through a residential area off the main roads to get there.

This place seemed as if everyone in town had a reservation and we could see why. This is a local hot-spot for anyone in town or out. The service was great and the food was top notch. I had the noodle bowl with chicken and it was delectable and my partner had the burger as it came recommended by staff. I was told it was also very good and filling. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice night out for some good food. Will be back.

The pickerel taco was great the wait time and ability to get it drinks refreshed was not. Expect long waits when going.

Nice cozy spot in Keewatin. Clean and friendly staff. Came here for lunch which is usually a cheaper meal but found the prices a tad high for the small portion size.BLT Sandwich with a small bowl of fries as a side is $15.

Amazing gluten-free options for pizza. The one I ordered (The Jerza) had loads of veggies plus chicken. Delish! Cute little place with good service.

Although the location is off the main street area ,but the restaurant is worth the visit. the decor and atmosphere are excellent. The service are both attentive and good. As for the food, the steak that we ordered are juicy and very favourable! Appetizers are also up to par. Highly recommended if you have a chance!

I've been here for lunch and dinner. The sirloin mushroom burger with onion rings and homemade fries were excellent, along with the great service made for a special evening at 901 Westside.

Pretty perfect, gravy was excellent burger was very good The salad delightful. Definitely get the west side salad.

Went for birthday celebration for our daughter in law. Good thing we had reservations as they were turning people away without. Food was hit and miss. Caesar salad was good all around. Two had Ribeye medium rare. One was medium rare, other was medium. My husband had the pickerel special and said it was great. I had 1/2 barbecue chicken. Scrawniest chicken, almost no meat on the bones. Chicken was cold, dry and flavourless. There was some barbecue sauce on the skin but most of it went with skin at side of my plate. My second accompaniment was roasted vegetables? Don’t think they ever saw an oven. More like lightly stir fried, still crisp. Also flavourless. Everyone else had potato wedges they said were great! Very pricy restaurant with mediocre food.

We came from out of town on a cross Canada road trip from Ottawa and were looking for food close to our hotel (Brewers Inn - beautiful place.) It was late and we sat down, ordered a beer and even though it was close to closing they were super sweet. We took our food to go and they were very accommodating. It did not go unappreciated! My partner got the westside burger and I got the vegan burger. Both were handmade and the flavours were just... So good. My vegan burger was large and in charge and they didn't skimp on the fries AT ALL. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and kickass food. Thanks 901 Westside!

My husband and I came to the Keewatin area for a construction job and came to 901 Westside based on the reviews. It did not disappoint!!! Amazing food! Good service! Lovely atmosphere! A must if you are in Keewatin :)
